Now this is my kind of Easter basket!  My Dad requested a flower basket for Easter dinner and I knew I wanted to make it a little different from the previous basket.  I did a simple google search for buttercream flowers and stumbled across a video link showing me how to make these flowers.  These cupcakes were so quick and easy to make, I was amazed at how quickly it all came together to make such a big impact.  I will definitely be using this technique again and again.
